This role maintains an influential presence within assigned areas and partners closely with Senior Leadership to address risk and safety priorities, including insurance, claims management, loss prevention, adverse events, and operational issues that may result in risk exposures impacting patients, associates, visitors, and the Ministry. Demonstrable understanding of Risk Management principles; Outstanding written/oral communication and presentation skills; highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly transition/modify work focus; Thorough understanding of healthcare operations and medicine; Collaborative and responsive to associates at all levels.
