Include: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a closely related field • Typically 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on air quality programs • Working knowledge of federal and state air quality regulations and environmental compliance requirements • Demonstrated ability to support permitting actions, regulatory reporting, and compliance activities of moderate complexity • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently on routine assignments • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and environmental or emissions data systems. This position is an environmental air permitting, compliance, and policy role within the Environmental group, responsible for managing air permitting, monitoring, reporting, and other regulatory-required activities to ensure compliance with federal and state air quality regulations for coal-fired electric generation, natural gas generation projects, and RICE units across multiple facilities, projects, and sites.
