li>10+ years' experience that includes at least 3 years of experience with wetland delineations, stream determinations, environmental permitting, mitigation, protected species surveys, and ecological surveys, and previous experience in the southeast U.S. Demonstrated successful team leadership and management at a project level with a good understanding of safety policies/procedures, quality, business metrics, human resources policies/procedures, and risk management concepts. Your Day-to-Day:
- Project Management & Delivery: Manage natural resources projects from proposal development through execution, including scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
