Independently research and analyze complex issues related to ESRS cases, ECPs, CANNABs, and obsolescence, using multiple programs such as CDMD-OA, Aras, OMIS, ESRS, eCANNAB, and more, and compile a clear and concise executive summary that outline the core issue(s), ongoing or planned actions, any barriers requiring program office intervention or escalation, and next steps. Working knowledge and experience in Navy acquisition, Integrated Product Support (IPS), and submarine sustainment, to include regulations, policies, processes, budget management, Information Technology (IT) systems, and techniques for product analysis in support of US Fleet operations.
