Assist DBA, App Sys admin, development and functional teams in project work with tasks including, but not limited to, troubleshooting issues/errors, tuning, scripting, refreshing systems, design and maintenance of security models (users, roles, permission lists, dynamic security, tiles, department security, tree maintenance, encryption, redaction), writing reports/PSQueries, configuration of application features and other tasks as needed. Some tasks, including patching, upgrades, production releases and potential on-call rotation, will require after-hours monitoring and execution as needed to maintain system health, minimize outages to the business and ERP teams, facilitate team communication, resolve issues and address alerts/activities in a timely manner.
