Job Title: ERP Tech Solutions Manager Location: Salisbury, MD Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $115,000 - $173,000 Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 hours per week Enterprise Technology | Leadership Role<h3>Make an Impact at Scale</h3>We’re seeking an experienced ERP & Data Systems Leader to own the strategy, performance, and reliability of our enterprise ERP platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, governance, and team development—and who enjoys shaping the future of large-scale, mission-critical systems.<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>As the leader of ERP systems across the enterprise, you will:<ul><li>Oversee the administration, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of ERP platforms, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA with RISE, Oracle, and related technologies. </li><li>Lead the architecture, performance, availability, and reliability of ERP and database systems. </li><li>Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards. </li><li>Own vendor management, including contracts and escalations related to ERP and database platforms. </li><li>Develop, implement, and enforce governance policies, procedures, and documentation standards. </li><li>Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and development for ERP support and database teams. </li><li>Monitor system health, user support trends, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement. </li><li>Coordinate and lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for ERP and database systems. </li><li>Stay current on emerging ERP and database technologies, recommending innovative solutions where appropriate. </li><li>Lead enterprise-wide ERP and database implementations and enhancements. </li><li>Collect, analyze, and present monthly SLA metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability. </li><li>Investigate, communicate, and resolve SLA compliance issues. </li><li>Lead service-disruption events, including root cause analysis, stakeholder communication, and escalation to vendors and leadership. </li><li>Drive the annual technology roadmap, aligning systems strategy with business objectives. </li><li>Guide associate development through structured training, coaching, and career growth plans. </li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. </li><li>8+ years of ERP systems experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. </li><li>Proven expertise in SAP Basis and SAP S/4HANA with RISE (or comparable ERP environments). </li><li>Strong knowledge of database administration and architecture, including HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server. </li><li>Experience overseeing complex, integrated enterprise environments with a focus on availability, security, and performance. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul><h3>Why This Role</h3>This position offers the opportunity to:<ul><li>Lead enterprise-critical platforms</li><li>Influence long-term technology strategy</li><li>Mentor and grow high-performing technical teams</li><li>Work at the forefront of modern ERP and database transformation</li></ul>System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
