Key Responsibilities:* Monitor supplier schedules and update delivery commitments in ERP systems* Launch checklists, manage open order data, and maintain accurate supplier records* Identify late or at-risk deliveries and provide documented turnback"s with resolution plans* Support MRP accuracy and help drive on-time delivery (OTD) to >95%* Partner with delivery assurance, operations, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to ensure material readiness and production continuityMust-Have Qualifications:* Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems* Prior experience in supply chain, materials planning, or supplier support roles* Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders* Basic root cause analysis and problem-solving skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook* U.S. Citizenship required due to contract and export control requirementsPreferred Qualifications:* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant field* Background in supplier management, production planning, quality assurance, or delivery assurance* Familiarity with manufacturing environments in aerospace, automotive, defense, or other high-reliability industriesBelcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
