Directs the daily operations of a team or teams, including Exchange Officers, Exchange Assistants, and Sales Representatives facilitating 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions across a geographic area that can be local, regional, and national in scope. As needed, an Exchange Manager will work directly with a wide range of people, which can include clients, tax advisors, title companies, escrow or settlement agents, real estate agents, and others.
