Processing incoming specimens (including microbiology, if required), collected and received, including labeling, centrifugation, separation, delivering specimens to the correct department and assisting other departments with testing as appropriate when time and circumstances permit. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (b): This job requires frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, reaching above shoulders, sitting, walking inclines and declines, standing, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive hand motions.
