This role involves effectively detecting and identifying objects in the shape of a weapon that may pose a threat, adhering to established protocols and procedures and assisting with the overall security efforts of the organization. Responsibilities:

Using the nutritional guidelines in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Manual of Nutritional Therapy (the approved diet manual of WSH), applies principles of nutrition therapy to assist patients in making appropriate meal selections within the guidelines of their prescribed diet. Essential Functions: Manages a high volume of fast paced incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, and/or representatives and healthcare providers.
Provides one on one observation for patients who are high risk elopement patients, patients that require behavioral management, suicidal patients or any other patient requiring one on one observation. Obtains verbal report from the patient's nurse to include information regarding the patient's identified care needs to work collaboratively with the care team.
Provides medication therapy management services in collaboration with other members of the health care team including consultative services pursuant to the facility's available protocols which may include: • Pharmacokinetic evaluation, monitoring, and dosing (initiation and daily follow-up). Provides oversight of safe, accurate, and timely medication order verification including clarification of any medication orders with discrepancies prior to dispensing.
li>Communicates with and coordinate care with other providers or agencies who may be working with the patient including, but not limited to, the primary care physician, the school, Probation & Parole, Children & Youth, attorneys, clergy, and so forth.
