Qualifications Bachelors in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required Active and in good standing state pharmacist license required in CO or NM Additional state licenses preferred (CO, MT, NM, NV, WY) Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems Ability to work part‑time hours that may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekends If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
