Required Qualifications: Valid compact license in the relevant state, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, at least 2 years of experience in surgical telemetry, open heart surgery, and vascular patient care, knowledge of Epic electronic medical record system, and ability to float across units as required. Additional Information: Experience with open heart post-operative care within the first 1-5 days, chest tubes, sternal precautions, VAD, TAVR, and other specialized structural heart support; proficiency in blood product administration, dysrhythmia management, and use of specialized equipment such as chest tubes, heparin, insulin, and telemetries.
