As a designated stroke unit within Deaconess Gateway's Certified Primary Stroke Center, you'll play a vital role in caring for acute stroke patients while also gaining experience with telemetry, heart failure, COPD exacerbations, infections, and complex medical conditions. Where nurses care for patients with stroke, cardiac, renal, respiratory, and medical-surgical diagnoses-all while serving as the home of Gateway's central telemetry monitoring station.
