This includes the verification of patient demographic information, collection of insurance data, the identification and/or creation of appropriate accounts, obtaining patient signatures and providing required forms or letters, acting as an ambassador; assisting patients with self-registration, and the collection of indicated co-payments and/or share of cost. Today, our employees are located at our three major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, Rochester, Minnesota, and at Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities, and at our international locations.
