In this high-impact role, you will support the evening operation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of restaurant and food service equipment across multiple facilities while ensuring building readiness for events, practices, and daily operations. Complete work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and documentation within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Maintain restaurant equipment, kitchen areas, mechanical spaces, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
