Extensive working knowledge of one-on-one discipleship, young adults ministry, Communication, and presentation skills; Experience with computer software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media; Experience serving as a witness to the Catholic faith: practicing personal spiritual growth, evangelizing, answering theological questions, and advocating for the teachings of Catholicism; Experience building and fostering professional relationships with diverse levels of constituent (students, college and university faculty or administration, priests, parish staff, and Archdiocesan leaders). Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to constituent names and information, services rendered to constituents, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information.
