Additional responsibilities include establishing daily duties among direct reports based on customer need, monitoring production metrics to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, properly addressing production, personal, and performances concerns, enforcing company, manufacturing, and safety policies and procedures, productively coaching staff members for continuous professional development, and reassuring a positive work environment with team collaboration. The Manager, General Manufacturing 1 will supervise the factory hourly team, who assemble, disassemble, repair, rework, reassemble, Test, and troubleshoot both production and depot field return units using design drawing documentation, work instructions and test procedures.
