Required Qualifications: Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications; 2 years of ICU experience in a cardiovascular setting; experience with telemetry, pressors, positive inotropes, pacemakers, chest tubes, and cath/EP lab recovery; additional skills such as open heart procedures, ECMO cannulation, and pericardial drains preferred. Additional Information: Experience working with advanced cardiovascular equipment such as Alaris IV pumps, GE bedside monitors, IABP, and Impella; familiarity with Meditech documentation system; unit emphasizes high-quality patient care and patient experience scores; staff are experienced with open heart procedures, ECMO, and post-operative care.
