Contract types include, without limitation: Master Services Agreements, Software as a Service Agreements, Supply Agreements, Research Agreements, Quality Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, HCP Consulting Agreements, Amendments, and other agreements as needed. This role works closely with attorneys, senior paralegals, business stakeholders, procurement, sales, finance, and compliance teams to facilitate efficient contract execution while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
