The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented planner and proactive problem-solver with a strong campaign mindset — someone who can partner directly with segment AEs and sales leaders to translate goals into event strategies, and who can move between organizing timelines and budgets, managing vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring on-the-ground execution runs smoothly. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of integrated event campaigns, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, and RevOps to ensure events are well promoted, thoughtfully followed up on, and tied to measurable results.
