The Assistant Director is also responsible for the complete logistical planning, coordination, and execution of three to six large-scale Career Fairs annually, as well as on-campus recruiting activities (including Meet & Greet Tables, Information Sessions, and Career Chats) and interviews for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students and alumni. Marketing Performance & Campaign Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and other digital promotions for Career Fairs and recruiting events to measure student and employer reach, evaluate engagement, and optimize future promotional strategies.
