Reporting to the Manager Pharmacy Operations, provide pharmaceutical care services to the patients of Exeter Hospital including, but not limited to oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing and proper documentation of patient medication therapy as well as providing drug information, patient information and oversight of information and dispensing systems; ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulation as well as proper storage and documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding medication selection, dosing, drug interactions, side effects, renal dosing adjustments, laboratory results, therapeutic drug monitoring, and adverse drug events.
