Planner TAR is responsible for developing, assembling, quality-checking, and maintaining all Turnaround work packages to ensure every TAR scope item is fully planned with detailed job steps, material requirements, resource estimates, safety considerations, and supporting documentation - enabling maximum efficiency and safety during execution. Scheduling duties (Primavera P6 master schedule development, critical path analysis, float analysis, resource leveling, S-Curve tracking, and schedule progress reporting) reside with the dedicated TAR Scheduler / Scheduling Specialist role.
