Our culinary team delivers exceptional food and hospitality experiences across David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, historic Allen Fieldhouse, the Naismith Club, and the newly renovated Conference Center, supporting everything from major athletic events and premium hospitality to private events, catering, and social club dining. The Executive Chef is solely responsible for the effective management and operation of the culinary team, including event planning support, scheduling, food preparation and production, food cost control, compliance with food safety and sanitation policies, cleaning, kitchen safety, employee training and supervision, and any other tasks assigned by the General manager.
