The Pursuit/Proposal Manager develops proposals and statements of qualifications, prepares teams for shortlist interviews, and manages quality control for the work of technical, proposal, and graphics staff assigned to a pursuit by Dewberry and partner firms, delivering compliant, compelling marketing materials. Work in tandem with Client Managers, Project Managers, and subject matter experts to determine forward action decisions, pursuit win strategies, craft sales messages, assemble pursuit teams, manage the proposal process, and develop proposal responses.
