Set-up and break down dining room tables, banquet tables, chairs, display tables, and carts, theme decorations and other equipment to accommodate the operation as required by the reservation book and/or special event plan, banquet event order or diagram. The Food & Beverage Server is to ensure that all newly seated guests receive immediate attention, take their orders and serve their food and beverage requests promptly and courteously.
