2) Works with a comprehensive range of staff concepts, objectives, policies, management/ organizational techniques, and military command applied in accomplishing work assignments; and (3) Works with analytical, evaluative, investigative techniques and methods as applied to issues, projects, studies or investigations which serve to facilitate staff management or program operations.
