Because Facilities is a hands-on function, onsite availability and occasional flexibility outside of regular business hours may be needed to support projects, vendors, building access, relocations, or other operational needs. You may occasionally work in mailrooms, storage areas, building service areas, or spaces undergoing maintenance or renovation and may need to lift or move items weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
