Provide leadership, consultation, and administrative support to district and building administrators and teams regarding complex student matters, behavioral concerns, school safety, crisis prevention and intervention, and other situations affecting student safety, well-being, or the school environment. Provide collaborative district-level leadership and oversight of school-based behavioral threat assessment processes, in coordination with the administrator overseeing district social workers and psychologists, to ensure consistent implementation, training, guidance, and support for building teams.
