Correspondence & Document Preparation- Corresponding and communicating with vendors, staff, stakeholders, partners, and residents via phone and email in a respectful, professional, and timely manner; creating presentations, including update report slide decks and other meeting materials with guidance from Chief Officers' teams; printing, editing, or maintaining documents; and providing drafting, proofreading, and version-editing support for documents and correspondence as requested. Administrative & Project Execution- Preparing and submitting reimbursements, time sheets, receipts, and other financial paperwork for Chief Officers; scanning, saving, and organizing confidential employee documents, both electronically and in paper files, for GC; and maintaining confidentiality of all information.
