EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE* High School Diploma or GED required; culinary degree/apprenticeship certification preferred.* 7+ years of progressive culinary experience, including senior culinary leadership in a high-volume venue environment (arena, stadium, convention center, performing arts, or large-scale catering).*
