As we open new markets and service lines and bring newly acquired companies into the Paradise Pools family, we are looking for a hands-on operating leader who can unify field service and construction operations, integrate acquired teams and systems, and build a scalable regional platform for the next phase of growth, both organic and acquisitive. 7+ years of senior operating leadership experience (GM, VP of Operations, Regional President/CEO, or similar), ideally in field service, home services, construction, or a related trades-based industry.
