About the role
We’re hiring a sharp proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO for our client.
The Executive Assistant will provide confidential high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to several senior leaders across various departments (HR, Legal, Commercial) in our corporate headquarters. Our corporate headquarters is located in Montvale, New Jersey, and we have a broad network of sales offices, manufacturing sites, and R&D centers, primarily located in the U.S. and Europe.

li>Communicate in a polished and timely manner, directly and on behalf of the President, with C-Suite executives and senior executives and their teams, both within the DE organization and with external clients and stakeholders on behalf of the President. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the President.
This includes evaluating booking options, running cost comparisons, understanding fare rules and change implications, negotiating where possible, and leveraging relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to optimize itineraries, costs, and support. We and our third party service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML e-mails to our customers, to help us track e-mail response rates, identify when our e-mails are viewed, and track whether our e-mails are forwarded.
Based in our New York headquarters, the Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to newsroom leadership, managing complex schedules and priorities, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting special projects and facilitating coordination across teams and time zones.
