The Director builds the management capability and business understanding of the finance team so that routine decisions, issue resolution, and quality review occur at the appropriate level, and ensures financial outputs are complete, accurate, and appropriately reviewed before reaching the CFO. Primary Purpose: The Director, Finance leads ChemPoint's accounting, financial operations, credit, sales tax, and FP&A functions and serves as a key advisor to the CFO and the broader business.
