Successful candidates will primarily work with our business group in Cleveland, representing lenders and borrowers in varied and complex financial transactions with a particular focus on representing private equity funds, family offices, and long-term care investors and providers in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing complex M&A transactions, real estate acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, leases, and private placements. Desired candidates will have experience with a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including loans, portfolio transactions, construction and permanent financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
