ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with basic repairs to buildings and equipment, including but not limited to minor plumbing repairs (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks), minor electrical repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, replacing outlets), basic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance under appropriate supervision, and general carpentry (e.g., fixing door hinges, assembling furniture). Status: Full-Time (M-F) Flexible Hours between 8am-6pm Pay Range: $20-$22/hour POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the overall maintenance and upkeep of the YMCA facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for members, children, staff, and visitors.
