This new role will lead the national expansion of The Pink Bakery within institutional foodservice and be responsible for new business development opportunities for both Palermo's and The Pink Bakery, distributor engagement, and operator adoption across higher education, healthcare, and senior living foodservice environments, where food allergy considerations, inclusive dining, and operational consistency are critical, while supporting select hospitality opportunities where there is clear strategic alignment. The brand serves operators nationwide with mixes that are top-14 allergen-free, gluten-free, vegan, organic, Non-GMO, Halal-certified, and Kosher-certified, designed specifically for high-volume, institutional foodservice environments, including shared kitchens.
