Acting as the bridge between the USOPC People & Culture team (P&C) and various business leaders and teams, this role works in partnership to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize work, all in service of meeting organizational priorities and business goals. People Program Management (40%)Act as primary point of contact and project manager for business on all People programs and processes, including Talent & Career Planning, Performance Development, Total Rewards, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, Learning, and other projects that impact the overall employee experience.
