About the role
We’re hiring a sharp proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO for our client.
In a fast-paced environment involving board members, major donors, community leaders, staff, and external partners, the Executive Assistant must be able to navigate competing priorities, manage sensitive information, communicate with confidence and tact, and represent the Office of the CEO with professionalism and warmth. Rooted in Jewish values, it is a cornerstone of the Upper West Side that provides something for every stage of life through a multifaceted array of offerings, spanning comprehensive children's and family programs, cutting-edge health and wellness, thought-provoking arts and culture, and vital social services.
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President & CEO, working closely with the Vice President of Strategic Administration to enableeffective leadership of a large, growing and nationally recognized nonprofit organization. In coordination with the VP of Strategic Administration and key Experience Team members, support effective and timely communications from the CEO, including but not limited to, drafting of letters, emails, cards, reports, remarks and preparing of presentations.
