The CLO will align enterprise learning and leadership development with organizational strategy, workforce capability, digital transformation, clinical excellence, academic achievement, research innovation, patient safety, and organizational culture while fostering a continuous learning environment that strengthens engagement, succession readiness, and organizational performance across MUSC. The CLO will champion evidence-based learning strategies, leverage emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and digital learning platforms, and establish measurable outcomes that demonstrate the impact of learning investments on workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, academic excellence, research advancement, operational performance, and patient outcomes.
