In this role, you will be on the front lines of manufacturing operations-monitoring shop floor progress, conducting detailed defect analyses, enforcing Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) with suppliers, and ensuring high-precision, defect-free parts are delivered on schedule. Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a key liaison across multiple organizational levels-from shop floor technicians to senior leadership and external vendors-to resolve bottlenecks and drive project milestones.
