The Senior Manager will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, external auditors, and senior leadership to deliver accurate, transparent, and high-quality financial reporting. This role is responsible for leading a team performing the preparation, review, and timely filing of the Company's SEC and other statutory reports and related external reporting deliverables, while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and the Company's accounting policies.
