Depending on the needs of the position, GOR's recruiting support may include candidate sourcing, application intake, administrative review of materials against criteria supplied or approved by MOD42, preliminary candidate conversations, candidate introductions, scheduling support, and candidate communications. Its scope encompasses the full business and product lifecycle, beginning with customer conversations and proposals and continuing through design, procurement, program execution, manufacturing, logistics, installation, start-up, commissioning, and warranty support.
