Under minimal supervision, develop, implement, and optimize predictive, preventive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs, including maintenance strategies, decision logic, and predictive techniques; mentor and coach others in reliability and data-driven troubleshooting methods. Lead site capital facilities and construction projects end-to-end, including scope definition, feasibility studies, conceptual and detailed design review, budgeting, scheduling, execution, commissioning/validation, and turnover to operations and maintenance.
