The employee performs skilled in-house inspections, maintenance and repairs within demonstrated qualifications and coordinates licensed contractors, inspectors, manufacturers, and specialty vendors when work requires permits, trade licensing, pressure-vessel certifications, specialized testing, or code-authorized repairs.
