In this critical role, you will manage a wide range of tasks, from routine maintenance and repairs across various trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, safety, security, and aviation systems) to overseeing major construction and renovation projects. Assists with preventive maintenance schedules for a variety of facilities systems, components, and structures, including plumbing, low/ high voltage and line voltage electric systems, fire and safety equipment, sprinkler systems, sensors, IT Systems and related hardware, fans, lights, antennas, and other related electrical equipment.
