This includes development of production tests plans to verify product performance, design and debug of RF test boards for automated test equipment, statistical analysis of data using sound statistical methodology to set test limits and datasheet specifications, resolving test issues, troubleshooting, and repairing test failures. This role sits within the End User Support team and owns the full lifecycle of endpoint management tooling - Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), PDQ, Group Policy, ServiceNow, etc.- ensuring devices are secure, compliant, patched, and performing well for the global user base.
