Duties and Responsibilities: Operates and maintains specialized groundskeeping equipment in the performance of various maintenance and landscaping tasks, including operation of tractors, loaders, mowers, blowers, backhoe, tillers, aerifiers, gas trimmers, saws and pruners. The Senior Building and Grounds Servicer oversees and participates in the preparation, development, and care of grounds, drives, walks, and parking areas; and participates in planting and maintenance of ornamental bedding areas, trees, lawns, and landscaping projects.
