Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee soft facility services, including janitorial, landscaping, security, shipping and receiving, company store and stockroom, pest control, waste management, environmental reporting, utility management, space planning, beautification and modernization, and other general workplace services. The successful candidate will coordinate vendors, oversee workplace services, support site activities and events, manage facility requests, and partner with internal stakeholders to maintain a high-quality work environment that enables scientific and technical teams to focus on innovation and product development.
