The Facility Director will oversee all day-to-day functions, including secure detention operations, ground transportation, medical care, programming, legal access, records management, and processing. Supervise subcontractors (security, medical, transportation, food service, recreation, legal, records management) to ensure compliance with scope, schedules, and budgets.
